This course covers the basic benefits of obtaining relaxation through the principle of Yoga. You will be enlightened by the techniques and postures, together with stretching exercises that will tone the body and enhance the mind. You will learn a detailed routine which is easy to follow and able to bring you the full benefits of "relieving stress" and "clearing the mind".

Students obtaining 80% average pass marks will be awarded an accredited SNHS Diploma entitling them to practise.
Fees:
Tutored: single payment of £195 or £48.75 deposit followed by 3 monthly payments of £ 48.75
Self-Study: single payment of £95 or £24 deposit followed by 3 monthly payments of £24
