The following ISP's / domains often arbitrarily block email sent from naturalhealthcourses.com . This is often due to out of date or maliciously issued spam information and/or blocking of entire network subnets rather than the specific servers which caused the problem.   Please note that naturalhealthcourses.com has never transmitted unsolicited email from any of its mail servers. If your domain / ISP is listed below we can not guarantee they will deliver our emails to you.  We recommend you contact your ISP to ask them to remove any blocks which may be affecting naturalhealthcourses.com.   You are paying them to deliver your mail and they have no right to block it.

The chief offenders are: aol.com, rr.com, cs.com, mediaone.net, netscape.net, home.com, mediaone.net, singnet.com.sg,

RSS is the solution - If you don't receive your newsletters regularly it could be because your ISP looks on all bulk email as spam, whether you signed up for it or not. If this happens you should complain to them because they are not giving the service you are paying for. Then just click on the RSS (Really Simple Syndication) button below get School of Natural Health Sciences news to your desktop as its published. You'll need a News Reader (if you don't have one).  Find out how to get one free below. Then even if you have a really useless ISP like AOL you can still get your newsletters.  What is more, you will get instant new as it happens and great articles as they are published.

What is RSS?  "RSS" stands for Really Simple Syndication and is a means for gathering and distributing news and information from sources across the Web, including newspapers, magazines, and blogs. Information from sites and subjects of your choosing can be sent to you when it's published and this is called a "Feed".

How do I start using RSS feeds?  The first thing you need is something called a News Reader.  There are several different ones available and many are free.  Some are accessed using a browser and others are downloadable stand-alone applications.  All allow you to display and subscribe to the RSS feeds you want. Once you have chosen a news reader, you'll just have to decide what content you want. For example, if you would like the latest news from The School of Natural Heal Sciences, simply click on the feed at the bottom of the page.

Some browsers, including Firefox, Opera and Safari, have functionality which automatically picks up RSS feeds for you. For more details on these, please check their websites.  My person favourite is Opera.  It is free do download.  Just navigate to the website you want (such as this one) and click on the RSS button. Opera will ask you is you want to subscribe.  Answer "YES" and it done for you, automatically.
