Aromatherapy is an holistic hands-on therapy which promotes a physical, spiritual, emotional and mental sense of harmony. It is an entirely relaxing
massage treatment that uses the essences from plants to help balance and unify the mind, body and spirit; which has proved to be highly
successful in the alleviation and cure of many ailments.
Aromatherapy works in two ways - the widely accepted benefits of body massage and the inhalation of essential oils reduce stress and improve the
general state of health and well-being. This is a comforting, reassuring and healing therapy.
