You may obtain *Practitioner Insurance Cover* when you Graduate. In addition there are many other
benefits to joining this Prestigious Professional Body. Graduate Members may use the additional letters
M.I.C.H.M. after their name.
This body was originally founded by Dr. Milo Siewert, an eminent physician and highly regarded Holistic Therapist.
Dr. Siewert is a member of the General Naturopathic Council (GNC); which is the body making huge strides to bring
all therapists working in the Holistic Field up to date and ahead of any legislation which may become operative in the
future. Once you have successfully completed your course, you'll receive an accredited diploma in recognition of your
achievement. This will prove of considerable benefit if you wish to start your own practise or further your career in an
educational or health care environment.
The S.N.H.S. is a member of the International College Of Holistic Medicine.

Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association
All our Hypnotherapy & Past Life Therapy courses are approved by the PHPA
The Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioner Association was founded in 1998. Steve Armstrong
DHP Acc.Hyp (Distinction). took over the Association as the President of the PHPA in 2005 and
amongst his advisers are Dr. D. Portner and Faith Waude who is the Managing Director of Hypnotic
World Ltd.
Steve has over 25 years experience in helping others to resolve their problems and draws upon his
expertise to bring awareness of the benefits of hypnotherapy into public awareness and help to
address the many issues that Hypnotherapists encounter. Students on approved courses, such as
those run by the School of Natural Health Sciences, may apply for membership of the PHPA.

British Holistic Medical Association (BHMA)
The School of Natural Health Sciences is a member of the BHMA.
The BHMA was formed in 1983 with the mission to educate doctors, medical students, allied health professionals and
members of the general public in the principles and practice of holistic medicine The BHMA is an open association of
mainstream healthcare professionals, CAM Practitioners and members of the public who want to adopt a more holistic
approach in their own life and work. Please note that we do not endorse, accredit or recommend individual practitioners
or organisations. Professor David Peters is the current Chair of the BHMA. He is Director of Studies at the School of
Integrated Health at the University of Westminster. You may also like to apply for membership of the BHMA.

It's a great pleasure on behalf of Australian Committee of Natural Therapies to welcome the School of Natural
Health Sciences in forming an affiliation with this Association.
ACONT INC is a national association representing natural, traditional, bioenergetics and magnetic therapist.
ACONT is also a Schedule 1 Association, listed with the Therapeutic Goods Administration, representing
qualified natural therapies practitioners of many ingestible modalities.
Your school's curriculum fully meets our Associations educational requirements and should give your students
a thorough knowledge of natural and complementary therapies.
Graduates of SNHS will be eligible to apply for membership with our association as 'Practitioner'.
In addition students graduating with an ingestible modality can apply as 'Schedule 1 Practitioner' enabling
them to receive a TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) certificate to obtain practitioner only products
for their clients.
All members of ACONT can apply for Practitioners Insurance within the modality they are working.

IICT provides membership for Australian and New Zealand Residents for over 550 Natural Therapies.
The IICT membership package includes referral to an Insurance company.
