My main interests are the treatment of Domestic Violence Trauma, Sexual Abuse and Body Dysmorphic Conditions. I run The Hardcore Holistic Clinic in Croydon, Surrey and is also the author of the School of Natural Health Sciences (SNHS) Life Coaching, NLP, Hot Stone Massage and Hopi Ear Candling courses. I am currently writing The Advanced Life Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Taking Care of the Therapist courses for the School. |

I worked for many years in Animal Welfare, Social Care and Forensic Psychiatry until I’d reached the point, as many Health and Social Care Specialists do that I was fast heading for complete burn-out. |

|
My mind was made up for me after a particularly savage assault by one of my patients and after having some time away from my profession, I made the decision that I really had no intention of returning. |

At that point, I had no certain idea of what I wished to go on to do, and it was only after I started seeing a couple of very gifted holistic therapists who got me on the road to recovery, that I decided to retrain as a Holistic Specialist. |

I had already achieved my ITEC qualification in Massage when I discovered SNHS and went on to study and achieve my diplomas in Shiatsu, Professional Relaxation, Acupressure, Reflexology, Advanced Reflexology, Higher International Reflexology, Hypnotherapy, Advanced Hypnotherapy and Higher International Hypnotherapy much to my delight. |

I continued adding to my knowledge and skills base by completing external courses in Hopi, Thai Massage, Indian Head Massage, and Dharma facial treatments, Life Coaching, Advanced Trauma Counselling, Reiki, and Hot Stone Massage. |

Returning to study with the SNHS and then having the honour of becoming one of the course writers has been one of the best decisions I ever made. |

From my experiences and knowledge gained from them, I went on to working with the NHS in Substance Treatment and Rehab, setting up new units across Surrey and London and lecturing in Adult Education. |

| Apart from running and growing my business, The Hardcore Holistic, I also work as a trainer, writer and supply several other training units with facilitation, tutoring and subject packages. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
