I first came into contact with the School of Natural Health Sciences (SNHS Ltd) back in 2005, whilst looking for a course that would allow me to become a qualified as Crystal healer, having already trained to NVQ 4 in counselling, qualified as Life coach and at Master Teacher level in Usui Reiki & Seichim.
For me my local college’s approach to teaching this subject lacked any real passion or vision, but in the S.N.H.S I found exactly what I was looking for and with the course offers on at the time decided to enrol for the Colour Therapy diploma as well.
I have since added Advanced Hypnotherapy/psychotherapy and Past Life Therapy to my qualifications and the services I offer my clients.
I worked originally as part of a collective of practitioners, providing my services free of charge to local charitable organisations, in early 2007 I decided it was time to stand on my own two feet and setup my own business “Healing from the Heart”.
With the help of a local small business start up programme I commenced trading on the 1st of August 2007, offering treatments and attunements in Beccles, Suffolk, and through my website where I also now offer over fifty different distant/remote attunements, initiations empowerments and a distant healing service which incorporates an online assessment process.
Initially business was slow but I am now starting to build up my client base both one to one and via my website.
I am presently in the process of development meetings with two community focused organisations involved in exciting Alternative Therapy/wellbeing initiatives, where I am being given the opportunity to develop my own courses and workshops.
The main bulk of my work at this time is Regressional Hypnotherapy (trauma/inner child), and Reiki healing and attunement, but in light of new developments the range of work that I do is about to expand considerably.
I have just signed up to assist with the Reiki Attunement programme for the School, offering SNHS students and graduates a discounted attunement programme up to Master level in Usui Reiki.
My study with the SNHS Ltd has provided me with an excellent foundation to build my business on, and further my knowledge, so much so that I am commencing a Metaphysical PhD in early 2008.
I have thoroughly enjoyed all the qualifications and experience I have gained during my studies with The School of Natural Health Sciences (SNHS Ltd) and I would not hesitate to recommend these excellent courses to others.
The support and encouragement I have received throughout has been excellent, and has provided me with the knowledge and confidence to 'follow my dreams' and in turn make those dreams 'a reality'.
