My love for the study of nutrition and fitness, comes from a desire to open the eyes of individuals, releasing them into a life of health and strength, in mind and body, through understanding the fuel required to sustain and enjoy optimum health daily.

I currently run my own business in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Nutritional Therapist, visiting toddler groups, church youth groups and family open days, encouraging exercise programmes where parents and children can enjoy dance, movement and rhythm, with additional advice on diet and healthy eating regimes. I also run Relaxation Classes for antenatal and postnatal mothers. This has been both successful and rewarding.

Since graduating with a Higher International Diploma in Nutrition from The School of Natural Health Sciences, my expertise and knowledge has increased greatly.  This has also helped me to become a better lecturer due to my increased confidence.  I talk on various subjects relating to Nutrition. I have now opened my own Clinical Practice called 'Eating and Living', in addition to providing a personal fitness training service.

I will be continuing my studies this year with the 'School of Natural Health Sciences', studying Diabetes Risk Assessment, Sports Nutrition and Anatomy and Physiology, always looking to increase my knowledge, and perfect my expertise in my field of practise.
