The 30th year of my life became one of great significance when I decided that paper shuffling and eye strain were not what I wanted from life. Not only did I embark on a journey of self discovery but I also decided to change career as a result of this journey. After 10 years as a graduate in Leisure Marketing, I started my holistic journey with Reiki level one. Soon after that I discovered the School of Natural Health Sciences (SNHS) and embarked on several of their correspondence courses.
After extensive training with the School of Natural Health Sciences (SNHS), the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and the International Institute of Health & Holistic Therapies (IIHHT) I am a now qualified Holistic & Complementary Therapist offering Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Hopi Ear Candles, Aromatherapy Massage and Swedish Massage. I am also a member of The Association of Reflexologist (MAR) and The International Council of Holistic Therapists (MICHT).
I will continue with my studies and personal development through the School of Natural Health Sciences, as they offer a wonderfully flexible method of training which fits in around building my client base and running my business.
I believe that each and every one of us deserves regular, quality ‘me’ time to help our minds and bodies switch off from the stresses and strains of modern life. So, I make it possible for my clients to retreat to the tranquillity of my serene, home treatment studio where they can choose from the many therapeutic and relaxing treatments I offer. The phone will not ring and there will be no rush to leave. Each client enjoys undivided attention and the harmonious sounds and tantalizing aromas that fill the room.
I live in Salcombe, Devon, with my wonderful husband, Marcus and gorgeous Labrador, Jasper, where we enjoy a fun, yet peaceful, life together.
