22nd October 2007 A huge thank you Julia, for continuing your funding for my athletics programme! I'm looking forward to receiving my second cheque from you in due course. This will be my first World Masters Indoor Championships. I am currently training every day now and I am happy with my schedule, so far........I intend to enter 1 or 2 races on the track. The distances will be 100m, 200m, 400m or 800m, depending on my times closer to the competition. This is a very exciting time for me as I am doing something I am so passionate about but I must say I am quite nervous. This of course isn't a bad thing as it helps to get the adrenaline going.
