Your privacy is completely protected. Your name, email address and other personal information are strictly confidential and will never be shared with or sold to anyone under any circumstances.

SNHS Limited, trading as the School for Natural Health Sciences ("We") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We may collect and process the following data about you:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.naturalhealthcourses.com (our site). This includes information provided at the time of subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting information or further services. We will NEVER disclose your personal information to third parties except if  we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms and conditions or other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SNHS Limited, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for inclusion on our mailing list. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by ticking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data. You can also exercise the right at any time by contacting us by email.

ACCESS TO INFORMATION

Current legislation  gives you the right to access information held about you. Even if this was not a legal requirement we would give you such access as a matter of courtesy.  Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
