Working as a Life Coach you will create an on-going partnership between yourself and your clients. Your aim will be to produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives, working with them to overcome any obstacles and setbacks which have in the past prevented them from reaching their full potential and achieving the goals which they have been aiming for. Coaching is a dialogue between a coach and a client - which may be undertaken via face to face communication or by telephone.
Research has shown that people are basically the sum of their genes, and a product of their upbringing (nature and nurture). This plus their cumulative experiences and the circumstances in which they live their lives, all tend to form certain outlooks and expectancies for the future.
When this outlook becomes restrictive we may fail to reach our goals and become frustrated with our lack of personal and career achievements. Life Coaches can unlock and release the potential within their clients, to bring about major positive improvements in their lives. Life Coaching is a practical tool for personal exploration and development.
Through this course you will learn how to promote a willingness on the part of the client to work through challenging issues towards empowerment, self-confidence and a happier, more productive life.
The course covers the history, techniques and applications that go to make up the Life Coaching process, plus a guide to setting up a Professional Life Coaching Practice.
This is an excellent course which can also be used as a 'stand alone course' for those wishing to specialise and work as a Life Coach. It is also a very highly recommended tool for all Holistic Therapists to have at their fingertips. Very often illness and ailments can be attributed to a negative outlook which Life Coaching can help overcome.
Armed with the knowledge this course will give you, you will be in a position to help your clients move from a negative situation into a fulfilling and optimistic frame of mind. Once this is achieved, happiness, success and fulfilment knows no bounds.
