As a trained Master Reiki Practitioner registered with the Reiki Association of South Africa (RASA), I find that the additional skills that I have developed through studying with the School of Natural Health Sciences have been greatly beneficial in providing my clients with a far more comprehensive and holistic approach to healing and general well-being. As a professional healer I believe that it is important to constantly assess my own knowledge base and on a continuous basis address my professional self-development. The School of Natural Health Sciences provides me with that opportunity by offering a wide range of complementary healing modalities at an affordable rate and at a pace that I can comfortably manage within the context of my professional and other personal responsibilities.
The studies that I have completed with the School of Natural Health Sciences have not only equipped me with a working knowledge of the various modalities, but have increased my confidence in dealing with any and all clients that I may encounter. I am a more rounded healer for that; able to truly make a difference in the lives of my clients by empowering them to heal themselves.

I am very happy that I have discovered the School of Natural Health Sciences as it inspired me not only to start my studies in natural therapies but also to continuously develop personally, and professionally while doing so! I can firmly say that I am totally addicted to natural therapies now! I first started with Indian Head Massage and Indian Face Massage and this is how I discovered my passion for massage and manual therapies as well. Then I went for a course in nutrition, aromatherapy etc and thanks to special offers that SNHS make available every month, I could afford the courses and keep studying at my own pace, while working at the same time. You will also get all the support you need.

I am running my mobile practice called Qiarta Body & Mind- offering Indian Head Massage and Indian Face Massage accompanied by Holistic Nutrition Coaching. I will be adding more therapies soon. If it hadn’t been for the School of Natural Health Sciences I wouldn’t be the person I am now…!

I am happy to offer encouragement to anyone living in South Africa to study with The School of Natural Health Sciences.
I discovered the School of Natural Health Sciences in 2010. At the time I had investigated various options, and was delighted to find a school, that offered affordable, and quality courses via distance learning.
I have since completed the Colour Therapy, Professional Relaxation Therapy, Reflexology, Nutrition, Life Coaching and Advance Life Coaching courses. I am currently close to completing the Advanced Reflexology, after which I intend to focus on Advanced Nutrition and the Higher International Diploma.
Equipped with the knowledge and preparation gained from these courses, I have been able to leave an unfulfilling job and start offering Life Coaching, and Holistic Therapy services. It has allowed me to pursue my passion for healing people in a meaningful way. Having flexible working hours has also allowed me to pursue other interests, and advance in my freelance writing career.

I am Diane Counsell, I live in Christchurch, New Zealand and have been working as a Counsellor and therapist for 25 years in various modalities. After several major earthquakes here in Christchurch, things have become very busy... there are a lot of traumatised people, trying to make sense of the changes in our city and lives. I see around 20 clients a week. I have studied a number of courses with the School of Natural Health Sciences, I have found them very easy to deal with and have always been delighted with the content of the material in the study course.
