Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or CBT as it is more commonly referred to is a therapy that focuses on assessing the particular ways in which individuals think, behave, perceive, act and react. This knowledge will equip the therapist or individual to deal successfully with their own or their clients behavioural, emotional and social challenges.
